Frequently asked questions
01Do you charge per user?
No. You can give access to the whole company without the price going up. If you are comparing us with tools that charge per licence, our model works out better the larger the team.
02Is there a lock-in or a setup fee?
There is no lock-in and setup is included. Custom automations are the only thing quoted separately, always at a firm price agreed before we start.
03Where is our data processed?
By default, processing runs on global infrastructure and inference may take place outside the EEA. If your data has to stay in the European Union, we offer an EU-region configuration on request. Either way, we sign the corresponding data processing agreement.
